Platform failures

If a billed generation fails or cannot be completed because of a platform fault, spawnpop automatically refunds the credits charged for that job. You do not need to file a ticket.

Credit packs

Credit packs never expire. An unused pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; spent credits are not refundable unless the job failed.

What is not a platform failure

Results that do not match a subjective creative expectation are not failures. Use a regenerate or a variant instead.
